How to reach us:

 

Nurse in office on the telephone.Appointments are made through the receptionists by dialing:

 (423) 266-3636 - Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm.

 

Our receptionists are vital to our practice, and to a large degree, keep our office running smoothly by efficient scheduling of patients. However, they are not medical personnel and have not had proper training to answer questions regarding your medical care. Any questions about your medical treatment, medications, lab results, or other concerns related to your care should be directed to the nurses or doctors.

 

Telephone calls...

The nurses return phone calls in order of urgency. All calls are returned within 2-4 hours. Calls for prescription refills should be made ONLY during office hours.
